All staff are encouraged to attend our monthly Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement Meeting. Our Human Rights Committee (Also called Client Rights Committee) meeting is also open to all staff. Both meetings are held at the main office on the last Friday of every month. The Human Rights Meeting starts at 2:00pm and the QA/QI Meeting starts immediately after. All staff are invited to attend unless doing so would jeopardize staffing patterns in your program.
Quality and Service
We welcome your feedback on ways to improve our services. If you have suggestions on ways that we can improve our services or additional services that are needed that are not currently available, please tell your supervisor, complete a suggestion slip at the main office, or come to our next Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement meeting.
Training in areas such as First Aid, CPR, NCI is offered the last full week of every month. In months with holidays during the last full week, training will occur the week prior. Please contact the office with any questions.
Keep your trainings up to date! Staff whose trainings are not up to date will not be allowed to work.
